Brookwood Lake Homeowners Association common areas include a pool, playground and lighted tennis courts and Pickleball courts.  ALTA, USTA, T2 and Ultimate tennis teams keep the courts full all year round.   

BWL is a mandatory HOA membership neighborhood.  Covenants authorize Annual assessments, Initiation Fees and Leasing Restrictions. 

Brookwood Lake is a Covenant protected mandatory Homeowners Association and  has adopted the Georgia Property Owners’ Association Act (POA)-1999.
